Requirements:
  • 3+ years of relevant IT support experience.
  • Strong customer focus and in-depth knowledge of Okta and SSO/SAML.
  • Skills in certificate and password management, cloud database access and management.
  • Experience with Zero-Touch deployments and administration of DNS, SSL certificates.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Atlassian, Github, Datadog, Google Workspace, Zoom, Okta, Slack, Salesforce.
