Requirements:
  • Significant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) roles.
  • Demonstrable familiarity with revenue KPIs and experience working with them in previous roles.
  • MBA or equivalent educational background either already obtained or substantially completed.
  • Ability to manage and analyze large datasets to provide meaningful insights succinctly.
  • History of successfully leading projects to completion.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite (including EBPCS and NSAW modules) and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and meet regular monthly deadlines.
  • Strong presentation skills, both in written data visualization and live presentations.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, analyze, and track revenue and sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Project manage the launch of the KPI metrics, including defining calculations, data sources, and normalization requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain a consolidated database of revenue KPIs, such as Renewal performance, ARR & Gross/Net Retention metrics, and ACV/TCV Bookings.
  • Analyze metrics at both corporate and product levels for reporting.
  • Present findings to Leadership on a regular basis.
  • Maintain data structure in key recording and reporting systems to enable automated analysis.
