Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in high-tech supply chain, new product introduction, sourcing, or operations.
• Proven experience in program management within a high-tech company.
• Strong proficiency in business tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Azure DevOps.
• Preferred experience in cloud supply chain environments.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement NPI readiness strategy.
• Conduct risk management to identify and mitigate potential issues.
• Provide insights for schedule acceleration through performance analytics.
• Engage with engineering teams to align on risks, issues, and quality.
