Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required.
3-5 years of demonstrated success in HR administration required.
3+ years of ADP Workforce Now lookup and data entry experience required.
2+ years with Greenhouse or ATS preferred.
Experience with FMLA inquiries a plus.
Thorough understanding of recruitment methods and employment laws.
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
Conduct new hire orientation and oversee the onboarding process, including training on HR platforms.
Manage various HR programs and maintain compliance documentation.
Handle unemployment claims and maintain accurate employment verifications.
Oversee the invoice process and monitor training completion.
Create and launch HR surveys using appropriate tools.
