Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English with strong communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of optical lenses for security and imaging applications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals, focusing on optical lenses and modules for AIoT, AR/VR, and security applications.
• Identify and build relationships with major clients in sectors such as smart home and consumer electronics.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and develop strategies for high-value partners like Google and Apple.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and R&D to align sales strategies with product innovations.
• Build and mentor a high-performing sales team in the US.
