Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in a benefits and/or compliance role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
  • High degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing sensitive data.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resourceful self-starter capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding company benefit programs and policies in a confidential and timely manner.
  • Provide support for administrative activities related to group benefit plans including health, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, and Employee Assistance Program.
  • Support employee leave programs by initiating leave discussions and processing related paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate employee leave records and analyze/report on trends.
  • Assist with the management of the Employer of Record (EOR) vendor relationship and international employees throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Assist with employee visa requests and consult with candidates on immigration processes.
  • Collaborate with specialists to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for benefits and leave.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations including FMLA, ADA, and others.
  • Apply continuous improvement philosophy to enhance administrative processes.
  • Organize and maintain human resources files and perform other duties as assigned.
