Commercial Airline Account Manager

Requirements:

• Solid airline and distribution commercial and industry awareness.
• 4-5 years of experience in relevant roles.
• Previous experience with airline products and services.
• Experience in airline revenue management or network planning is a plus.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, skilled in data analysis tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools like Tableau, and data analytical tools such as Looker and SQL.
• Proficient in sales and productivity software including Microsoft Excel, Project, Trello, HubSpot.
• Familiarity with Amadeus GDS and Travelfusion functional usage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, plus another language is advantageous.
• Autonomous and self-driven.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and establish long-term relationships and agreements with Airlines worldwide.
• Implement new and resolve contractual and commercial problems.
• Identify areas not aligned with market regulations.
• Provide commercial and industry expertise to the flights business and Product Team.
• Conduct risk assessments and seek opportunities across all markets.
• Perform competitive airline market and industry analysis.
• Review and develop operational processes.
• Oversee related KPIs and ensure regular reporting.
