Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in science, health, healthcare or related area.
• 4 years minimum experience.
• Computer literacy with experience using SharePoint, Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to prepare and maintain complex spreadsheets and experience with electronic databases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills with a demonstrated capacity for detailed organization.
• Highly efficient, extremely detail-oriented, and the ability to prioritize among multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to seeking assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative support by assisting and at times leading scientific data harvesting, analyses, and collating information for evaluation and management tasks under direct supervision.
• Provides meeting support including scheduling, meeting minutes, and follow up on assigned meeting tasks.
• Coordinates with the team lead to develop program reports and award tracking.
• Provides support for program evaluation and portfolio analysis tasks.
• Assists with responses to high priority information requests, Congressional inquiries, data calls, and other inquiries.
• Reviews status and follows up on delinquency reports and provides project management support for program evaluation, program management, and award management as requested.
• Provides award management support for tracking portfolio status in accordance with established milestones.
