Requirements:

• 6+ years hands-on development experience on Salesforce and related technologies.
• At least 2 years of people management experience leading a team of 5 or more.
• Experience with large systems integration and 3rd party SaaS applications.
• Strong communication and orchestration of technical resources.
• Programming skills in Javascript, Python, and Golang.
• Natural curiosity to learn different architectures and technologies.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Jenkins, GitHub, and DevOps experience.
• Salesforce Certifications: Certified Platform Developer I and II, and Application Architect.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Engineers across time zones to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions against the product backlog.
• Identify strengths and weaknesses of team members and work on career development plans.
• Architect technical solutions balancing time-to-market and platform health.
• Hands-on development of key features and perform code quality reviews.
• Lead product and platform support and maintenance, ensuring engineering metrics and SLAs are met.
• Manage engineering practices including deployment pipelines, product quality, technical debt management, and agile maturity.
• Provide executive updates and work closely with security and business unit engineering teams.
