Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in sales or sales management.
• Strong network with Agri/Food suppliers including Farmers, Processors, Manufacturers, and Distributors.
• Experience in team management and building high performing sales teams.
• Exceptional communication skills in both Uzbek and English.
• Strong relationship management and business acumen.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate marketplace customer leads, qualify prospects, contact, negotiate, and close deals.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and maintain high engagement levels.
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies for revenue growth.
• Monitor trends in food and agriculture to identify new business opportunities.
