• Strong network with Agri/Food suppliers (Farmers, Processors, Distributors).
• Experience in people and team management.
• Native-level Romanian speaker with advanced English communication skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship management and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate marketplace customer leads, qualify prospects, contact, negotiate, and close deals.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and maintain engagement.
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor trends in food and agriculture to identify new opportunities.
