Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or sales management.
  • Strong network with Agri/Food suppliers (Farmers/Growers, Processors & Manufacturers, Distributors).
  • Experience in people and team management and building high performing sales teams.
  • Native-level speaker of Chinese with advanced level of written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, skilled at engaging senior business stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
