Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in sales or sales management.
• Strong network with agri/food suppliers.
• Experience in people and team management.
• Self-sufficient and focused sales executive.
• Native speaker of Bahasa with advanced English communication skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and pay attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong business acumen and creative thinking skills.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate marketplace customer (seller) leads, qualify prospects, contact, negotiate, and close deals.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and maintain high levels of engagement.
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to the Tridge Marketplace.
• Continuously monitor trends in food and agriculture to identify new business opportunities.
