Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in sales or sales management.
• Strong network with agri/food suppliers (farmers, processors, manufacturers, distributors).
• Experience in team management and building high-performing sales teams.
• Exceptional communication skills in both Bahasa and English.
• Strong relationship management and self-sufficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate marketplace customer leads, qualify prospects, and negotiate deals.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and maintain high levels of engagement.
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Continuously monitor food and agriculture industry trends for new opportunities.
