Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in contract administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in managing document workflows and systems like DocuSign.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and understand contract documents.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across diverse functions.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform initial reviews of Teaming Agreements (TAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Subcontracts (SubK), and Service Agreements (SA).
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure contract documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Manage the signature process with partners through DocuSign, tracking for timely execution.
  • Maintain organized files of all contract documents and update stakeholders on status.
  • Develop and provide reports to senior management regarding contract status.
  • Provide support and answer inquiries related to contract terms and conditions.
  • Assist in improving contract administration processes for efficiency.
  • Assist with the administration of existing contracts including invoicing and reports.
  • Communicate with partners regarding the status of contract documents.
