Responsibilities:

• Create, oversee, and drive a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyze and implement changes to maintain high quality and productivity levels.
• Oversee projects for process streamlining and service quality improvement.
• Analyze shift performance and implement actions for operational excellence.
• Work collaboratively with management to standardize practices.
• Manage third-party vendors to ensure SLAs are met.
• Audit maintenance processes for compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Analyze maintenance data for trends and improvement areas, then report findings.
• Order parts and materials for maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols during maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with team members for timely completion of tasks.
