Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business or similar field preferred, but not required.
• 5+ years of active media sales experience.
• Strong communication skills for presentations, emails, and day-to-day interactions.
• Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Go-getter mentality for finding and maintaining business.
• Understanding of the mobile ecosystem and various players.
• Ability to strategically complete RFPs and pitch ideas.
• Technical skills: Salesforce, MSFT product suite, MediaOcean/Prisma, Expensify, Clearslide, ZOOM, Slack, The LIST/Winmo, SellerCrowd, Media Radar.

Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue by generating new business via prospecting, managing and growing existing strategic accounts.
• Develop strategic account plans to grow assigned territory and/or account list.
• Produce tailored proposals and recommendations to meet client needs.
• Coach other sellers to help them grow and develop into high performing sellers.
• Build a pipeline of leads throughout the sales cycle.
• Communicate WeatherBug capabilities effectively to clients.
• Hold at least 5 meetings per week and meet monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
• Contribute during team meetings and respond to clients promptly.
• Maintain a forecast for team spreadsheets and opportunity pipeline.
