Requirements:

  • 2 years experience in a customer success/service role.

Responsibilities:
  • Take responsibility for the success of 200 students per month through cohort teaching models.
  • Educate customers by answering questions and explaining complex crypto concepts simply.
  • Communicate with assigned customers within 14 days.
  • Conduct weekly analysis of SMS and email response rates and follow up for customer success.
  • Assist customers in setting up Ledgers and lead Q&A live sessions.
  • Promote company culture and maintain a professional demeanor in community engagement.
  • Monitor community chat and manage support emails.
  • Conduct research on crypto trends and present findings in an understandable format.
