Requirements:

• 5+ years of industry-specific experience in CPG sales, marketing, and/or retail.
• Experience working directly with Grocery retailers.
• Demonstrated track record of an entrepreneurial spirit and strong sales capabilities.
• Experience in delivering top and bottom-line results, P&L management, forecasting, and operations.
• Passion for driving great customer and retail partner experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead customer development activity managing Lume business in Grocery.
• Identify, lead, and support new business development opportunities.
• Develop sales presentations, joint business planning, and merchandising negotiations.
• Build relationships with retail partners in merchandising, marketing, in-store design, and supply chain.
• Manage customer development, sales analytics, and forecasting needs.
• Ensure operational excellence across merchandising and marketing elements.
• Manage brand P&L including Trade Spending and Operating Expenses.
