Senior Finance and Accounting Associate

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes and manage vendor relationships.
• Assist in budget preparation and analyze budget variances.
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger and prepare journal entries.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and assist in audits.
• Identify process improvement opportunities within finance functions.
