Requirements:

• BS in Packaging Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in packaging development in a food manufacturing environment.
• Experience with vertical form/fill/seal packaging machines and case packaging automation.
• Knowledge of packaging materials and their properties.
• Experience in people management and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and lead with cross-functional partners to drive projects by researching and developing packaging solutions.
• Work with manufacturing facilities to develop, test, and implement packaging design proposals.
• Present design recommendations and align with project stakeholders on packaging development.
