Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in inbound sales within service-focused categories with sales cycles of less than 2-3 months.
- 3-5 years of experience selling service packages or high-end services with an annual contract value greater than $5000.
- Excellent presentation, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Solid experience with Hubspot CRM tools.
- Experience with Excel and building dashboards.
Responsibilities:
- Guide the intro call (inbound) with parents and students to understand their needs and explain the application process.
- Build a strong relationship with students and parents throughout the entire journey.
- Drive timely follow-ups to support prospects’ decision-making process.
- Experiment with different sales strategies and innovate follow-up techniques.
- Close deals for various services, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, admissions counseling, and finance teams to maximize sales closures.
- Keep informed on market trends and competitive landscape, working with founders on product and pricing strategies.
- Utilize Hubspot for lead organization and maintain data integrity.
- Forecast closed deals using Hubspot Deal stages.
- Handle new student onboarding and customer support as needed.
