Requirements:

• Must have attended a top Ivy League School and/or sat on an Ivy League Admissions Committee.
• Master's Degree is Required.
• Demonstrated passion for coaching students and young adults.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent English reading, writing, and editing skills.
• Strong verbal communication abilities.
• Expertise in project management.
• At least 7+ years of experience in education, specifically in admission consulting or coaching.

Responsibilities:

• Work with prospective students from grades 6-12 to identify opportunities to enhance their college profiles and draft application documents.
• Manage relationships with applicants and families, providing guidance on school selection, application essays, resumes, recommendations, interviews, and more.
• Help students find optimal universities, providing feedback on their research to align educational goals.
• Support students with project planning and timeline management through Excel trackers.
• Stay updated on college admissions processes to advise on school selection and application nuances.
