Requirements:

• Previous experience as a software developer or in another technical role.
• Experience with and developing API integrations.
• Working knowledge of SQL and database structures.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Grafana or Looker.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements.
• Technical training experience for customers on product features and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

• Significant responsibility in shaping and building the Professional Services organization.
• Lead customer-specific projects to enhance product adoption and utilization.
• Work directly with customers and internal teams across custom training, feature utilization, and value assessments.
• Establish strong relationships with various teams including Sales, Customer Engineering, and Support.
