Requirements:

• 3+ years in a digital marketing environment, agency and/or client experience.
• 3+ years experience with paid social platforms.
• Knowledge of B2B Marketing including client knowledge, industry, media activation, and vendor landscape.
• Familiarity with ad platforms like LinkedIn and Meta, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
• Skills in active listening, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and people management.

Responsibilities:

• Holistic ownership of client accounts including strategy, planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Provide strategic and executional support to team members across various client complexities.
• Proactively troubleshoot issues and communicate with clients and internal teams.
• Organize campaign materials and set up ads across various social platforms.
• Perform campaign maintenance and regular budget monitoring.
• Produce campaign reports analyzing performance and effectiveness.
• Ensure projects are executed accurately and efficiently, while maintaining GDPR compliance.
