Requirements:
  • 2+ years providing excellent customer service experience, with remote experience being a plus.
  • 2 years of experience with Zendesk (preferred).

Responsibilities:

  • Build trust with patients through competent performance and clear communication.
  • Ensure adherence to privacy regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to manage multiple tasks.
