Requirements:

• 2+ years providing excellent customer service experience, with remote experience being a plus.
• 2 years of experience with Zendesk (preferred).
• 2 years of experience with Athenahealth EMR (preferred).
• 2 years of experience with Google Workplace.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable internet and a quiet, distraction-free workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients.
• Assist patients with verifying information, scheduling appointments, and updating Electronic Health Records.
• Facilitate intake procedures, complete healthcare and insurance forms, and collect payments.
• Build trust with patients through competent performance and clear communication.
• Ensure adherence to privacy regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Work independently and collaboratively to manage multiple tasks.
