Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of expertise in B to B field sales at mid-senior level management.
  • A track record of consistently achieving quota in past positions.
  • A good understanding of information technology, especially web-based applications.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Previous experience in the banking sector and Card Terminals is a plus.
  • Understanding of financial products/services features and benefits.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Strong organizational and diary management skills.
  • Resilience and the ability to handle objections.
  • Results-driven approach with strong self-drive and ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluency in French and excellent use of English is an advantage.

Responsibilities:
  • Get the sale using various methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, etc.).
  • Forecast sales and develop innovative sales strategies/models.
  • Evaluate customer skills and needs to build productive long-term relationships.
  • Meet personal and team sales targets.
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through on sales leads.
  • Attend meetings, sales events, and trainings to stay updated.
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.
