Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 2 years of experience managing professional services teams in the software industry.
• Experience in the IRT or eClinical field preferred.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in performance management.
• At least 3 years of experience as a technical project manager preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Own responsibility for the engagement, performance, and growth of assigned employees.
• Conduct frequent feedback and coaching conversations.
• Collaborate with Department Leads on employee performance and career growth.
• Hold quarterly performance check-ins.
• Guide employees through challenges and provide support.
• Manage promotion and compensation recommendations.
• Partner with Talent & Culture on performance issues.
• Identify learning opportunities and develop training curriculums.
• Participate in key department initiatives and drive process improvements.
