Requirements:

  • Act as the primary contact for clients and manage mid-study change orders.
  • Drive governance processes with strategic accounts, collaborating with services management and executives.
  • Represent the brand at industry events and identify new opportunities.
  • Generate leads and identify potential deals.
  • Collect competitive intelligence and support management.
  • Assist in developing new sales strategies.
  • Mentor and train Business Development Associates.
