South Central US Territory Manager (Equipment Rental Sales)

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Minimum three (3) years of verifiable sales experience, preferably with aerial work platforms and general rental equipment.
• Knowledge of telehandlers and compact crawlers, with OEM experience preferred.
• Exemplary customer-facing abilities and strong presentation skills.
• Skills in MS Office software, CRM software, and remote meeting tools.
• Core competencies in Customer Service, Interpersonal Skills, Communication, Teamwork, and Motivation.

Responsibilities:

• Finding and building relationships with new re-rental customers.
• Further developing existing customer relationships to increase re-rental sales.
• Growing monthly rental revenue by driving wholesale re-rental business.
• Orchestrating the regional development of key national partners.
• Educating customers on specialized equipment uses and USM’s rental procedures.
• Maintaining records of sales activity in company CRM.
• Preparing for and attending customer meetings and trade shows.
• Allocating time for office work to strategize and prepare reports.
• Communicating effectively with team members and contributing positively to the workplace.
