Northeast US Territory Manager (Equipment Rental Sales)

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum three (3) years of verifiable sales experience, preferably with aerial work platforms, telehandlers, or general rental equipment.
• Knowledge of high-reach heavy-capacity telehandlers and familiarity with compact crawlers.
• Exemplary customer-facing abilities and presentation skills.
• Skills in MS Office software, CRM software, and remote meeting tools.
• Core competencies in customer service, interpersonal skills, communication, teamwork, and motivation.

Responsibilities:

• Finding and building relationships with new re-rental customers.
• Further developing/strengthening existing relationships with re-rental customers.
• Growing the Northeast territory's monthly rental revenue by driving wholesale re-rental business.
• Orchestrating the regional development of key national partners.
• Educating customers on specialized equipment uses and USM's rental procedures.
• Consistently maintaining records of sales activity in company CRM.
• Preparing for and attending customer meetings and trade shows.
• Allocating time for office work to strategize and prepare for presentations.
• Communicating effectively with rental coordinators, fleet service specialists, and the sales manager.
