Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Minimum three (3) years verifiable sales experience, preferably with aerial work platforms, telehandlers, or general rental equipment.
Knowledge of high-reach, heavy-capacity telehandlers and familiarity with compact crawlers.
Exemplary customer-facing abilities and presentation skills.
Skills in MS Office software, CRM software, and remote meeting tools.
Core competencies in customer service, interpersonal skills, communication, teamwork, and motivation.

Responsibilities:

Establish new customer relationships and further develop existing ones.
Target regional construction equipment rental companies to re-rent USM’s equipment.
Grow monthly rental revenue by driving wholesale re-rental business.
Educate customers on equipment uses and USM’s rental procedures.
Maintain sales activity records in company CRM (Pipedrive).
Prepare for customer meetings and trade shows to drive new business.
Communicate effectively with the team and maintain positive workplace contributions.
