Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS Sales Enablement with sales/sales support experience.
• Experience in SLED & Healthcare sales and/or enablement.
• Ability to translate complex concepts and articulate value to sales professionals.
• Possess a coaching mindset to train the trainer and ensure sustainability in enablement.

Responsibilities:

• Become the trusted advisor for stakeholders and partners.
• Conduct engaging training sessions and provide ongoing coaching and support.
• Drive adoption of best practices and support sales activities with a value selling methodology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve defined deliverables.
• Identify trends and needs based on feedback from the field.
