• 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry (motor), focusing on claims handling.
• 3+ years of experience in personal injury and credit hire claims handling.
• Ability to deal with delegated authority and client philosophies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities:

• Efficient caseload management from inception to settlement for motor claims up to £25k.
• Handle pre-litigated and litigated motor claims.
• Provide quality interactions with stakeholders, clients, and customers.
• Work with an MGA/Insurer/Reinsurer panel based on a delegated authority.
