Requirements:

• Required Education Level: Masters Degree or higher, specifically in Nursing.
• Must have New York (NY) State License and active DEA License.
• Valid Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) / Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• PMHNP-BC: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Board Certified.
• At least one year of post-licensure experience in psychotherapy and outpatient settings.
• Experience in telehealth, psychotherapy modalities, and electronic health records is required.
• Proficient in using diverse technology platforms with intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent quality clinical care on a consistent basis that exemplifies Rivia Mind’s culture, values, and guiding principles.
• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop curated patient-centered treatment plans.
• Provide appropriate psychotherapy practices that leverage various modalities with proper psychopharmacology prescribing practices.
• Prescribe medication and provide clinical support to diverse patient populations.
• Average service of 50 patients weekly, coaching them on health conditions.
• Counsel and provide crisis intervention, complying with clinical standards and maintaining session notes.
