Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work.
• LSW – New Jersey State License to Practice Social Work.
• Preferred modality certifications.
• At least one year of experience in Psychotherapy.
• Experience in outpatient settings with individual patients.
• Ability to document concurrently during patient sessions.
• Skills in crisis management, intake evaluation, DSM diagnosis, and treatment plan formation.
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) software and diverse technology platforms.
• Intermediate computer skills and technical aptitude required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent quality clinical care on a consistent basis that exemplifies Rivia Mind’s culture and values.
• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
• Utilize diverse psychotherapy modalities such as CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing.
• Offer clinical support and counseling to diverse patient populations through telehealth.
• Service and maintain a weekly average standard of 31 patients.
• Coach patients on managing health conditions and support positive behavior changes.
• Provide crisis intervention and assessment for emotional and behavioral problems.
• Document sessions thoroughly and participate in supervision and training groups.
