Requirements:
  • Extensive experience working with product teams as a Senior Product Designer on B2C products.
  • Ability to use product and UX metrics to inform decisions.
  • High-quality design and technical documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with user research methods and expertise in conducting interviews, usability testing, user surveys, and A/B tests.
  • Experience with design tools and collaboration software such as Figma, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Self-starter with ownership of initiatives and a B2+ or higher English proficiency.
  • C1+ level of Russian proficiency.
Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Refine requirements from stakeholders and create detailed technical documentation.
