Requirements:

• 5+ years working in the alcohol on-premise channel required.
• Wholesaler experience preferred.
• Strong ability to gather and use customer feedback.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve performance goals with minimal direction.
• Proven analytical skills and understanding of syndicated data.
• Travel and a valid driver's license & vehicle are required.
• Ability and willingness to travel a minimum of 50%.

Responsibilities:

• Own and build relationships with retailers and wholesaler partners.
• Grow sales and distribution within the targeted account base.
• Manage relationships with wholesaler partners and ensure excellent execution.
• Execute 40 account calls per week.
• Utilize customer sales data to uncover opportunities and track KPI performance.
• Communicate sales results to the sales team and distributors.
• Work cross-functionally with field sales and trade marketing.
• Conduct regular buyer meetings and manage travel and expense budget.
