Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience working on deployment teams using project management techniques.
• Exposure to the observability stack, including visualization, alerting, metrics, logs, and traces.
• Proven track record of successful delivery of customer projects, preferably enterprise observability implementations.
• Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new skills and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and internal teams.
• Kubernetes experience.
• Linux system administration skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Systems architecture design experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provision licenses for new customers.
• Directly implement Grafana functionality during customer onboarding.
• Be responsible for full activation within 90 days.
• Collaborate with Sales, SEs, and Observability Architects for seamless knowledge transfer.
• Conduct training sessions using standard content.
• Create and manage onboarding documentation and materials in collaboration with strategy teams.
• Document and share customer success and intervention stories.
• Maintain professionalism and technical acumen across customers.
• Solve customer problems by mapping solutions and highlighting value.
• Enhance customer documentation and create internal enablement materials.
• Understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Work swiftly and adhere to standards and best practices.
• Stay current on Grafana Labs and related technologies.
• Support various teams in driving innovation and improvement.
