Requirements:

• 2+ years in community management or related fields, preferably technical.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for community discussions.
• Familiarity with Developer Relations and open-source ecosystems.
• Experience with community platforms like Discourse, Slack, and GitHub.

Responsibilities:

• Help identify and cultivate advocates inside and outside the Champions program.
• Build relationships with current Champions and ensure they feel valued and recognized.
• Gather community data and feedback to improve the Champions program.
• Collaborate with DevRel, product teams, and other groups for resources.
• Engage with community channels to find new advocates and growth opportunities.
