Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and responsive product support to physicians and healthcare staff regarding the Galaxy System.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new accounts and participate in training sessions.
• Provide daily support during medical procedures and collect Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Attend weekly clinical reviews to discuss cases and analyze clinical data.
• Assist in planning and executing mock procedures for training purposes.
• Engage in continuous learning opportunities for professional growth.
