Responsibilities:

• Provide product support to healthcare professionals for the Galaxy System.
• Assist in onboarding and training for new accounts.
• Support medical procedures and collect Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Participate in weekly clinical reviews for product usage insights.
• Plan and execute mock procedures for training and maintain detailed logs.
