Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Experience selling in a clinical setting.
• Ability to quickly develop expertise and demonstrate credibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization skills to manage multiple projects/accounts.
• Ability to utilize a CRM effectively.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to pass a driver's record check.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert product support to physicians and staff.
• Achieve a quarterly procedure quota within an assigned territory.
• Facilitate collection and review of KPIs for quarterly clinical and business reviews.
• Develop mastery of the Galaxy System, relevant procedures, and call points within accounts.
• Conduct local marketing, outreach, and education events.
• Support initial physician training and program growth.
• Develop and manage KOLs through observations and education events.
