Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Comfort with selling in a clinical setting.
• Ability to demonstrate expertise and credibility quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects/accounts.
• Proficiency in using a CRM for tracking strategic priorities.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert product support to physicians and staff.
• Achieve a quarterly procedure quota within an assigned territory.
• Facilitate collection and review of KPIs for clinical and business reviews.
• Develop mastery of the Galaxy System, bronchoscopy, and lung cancer patient journey.
• Conduct marketing, outreach, and education events with management.
• Support physician training and program growth.
• Develop and manage KOLs through live education events.
• Travel approximately 25-50% of the time.
