Clinical Sales Representative - California

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Experience selling in a clinical setting.
• Ability to quickly develop expertise and credibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects or accounts.
• Ability to utilize a CRM for tracking progress.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to pass a driver's record check.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert product support to physicians and staff.
• Achieve a quarterly procedure quota within an assigned territory.
• Facilitate collection and review of KPIs for quarterly clinical and business reviews.
• Develop expertise in the Galaxy System and relevant procedures.
• Conduct local marketing, outreach, and education events with the Key Accounts Manager.
• Support physician training, program growth, and development of KOLs.
• Manage KOLs through educational events and case observations.
• Travel approximately 25-50% of the time.
