Requirements:

  • Fluent in German or French (C1 level) for client interaction in relevant markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Support new client launches, ensuring a great first experience using Equiem's products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with a portfolio of key clients, understanding their needs.
  • Become an expert on Proptech solutions and guide clients to use these tools effectively.
  • Provide training sessions and workshops to clients, both in person and virtually.
  • Monitor client usage, analyze product adoption, and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, coordinating with teams to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers for client renewals and upselling opportunities.
  • Gather client feedback for continuous improvement and encourage client advocacy.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to provide strategic insights.
