Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years as a Solution Consultant or in a client-facing Professional Services role in a SaaS organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Work hands-on with prospects and customers to demonstrate Upshop technology throughout the sales cycle.
  • Support Sales during the sales cycle to achieve defined sales goals.
  • Participate in assessments and collect technical data.
  • Execute lead discovery calls with prospects.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of competitive technologies.
  • Build relationships with opportunity channel partners.
  • Provide ongoing deal support including objection management.
  • Deliver training on technology trends to various teams.
  • Present solutions to C-Level audiences.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to improve products.
  • Represent Upshop's products at conferences and events.
  • Learn and advise on cloud architecture and services.
  • Propose tech and creative solutions in support of sales.
