Responsibilities:

• Managing the end-to-end handling of third-party motor claims.
• Focusing on large loss claims with an incurred value in excess of £50K.
• Planning case level strategy including assessment of contractual status and conducting liability/forensic investigations.
• Handling complex litigation claims involving personal injury and credit hire.
• Providing direction to junior team members and assisting in developing strategies.
