• 3+ years of experience with onboarding or implementing customers.
• 5+ years of SaaS experience required.
• 3+ years managing an Implementation team with a track record of improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to execute onboarding initiatives.
• Analytical skills for data assessment.
• Customer-focused attitude with dedication to service.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic onboarding programs aligning with clients' needs and objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of Onboarding leaders.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Evaluate existing onboarding processes for improvement.
• Oversee key performance indicators to identify growth opportunities.
• Gather client and stakeholder feedback to advocate for necessary changes.
