Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Biology; Master's of Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum five years experience in the water treatment industry with a solid understanding of water treatment processes.
• At least two years of industry experience specifically with activated carbon.
• Strong knowledge of market research methodologies and commercial operations.
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication skills across various colleague levels.

Responsibilities:

• Assess NORIT’s strengths and weaknesses relative to market needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Understand the business landscape including macroeconomic factors, competition, and technology.
• Develop presentations and marketing materials for target customers.
• Assist in business development and marketing planning to meet operational goals.
• Support proposal and operations teams in creating targeted proposals for clients.
• Collect and analyze market data to inform decisions on opportunities.
• Develop and deliver presentations showcasing market solutions and competitive advantages.
